Directions:  
Brown ground beef, garlic and onion. Season with Pepper, salt and itlaian seasoning. Add 3/4 cup cold water to gravy mix, add to ground beef and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour ground beef mixture into a baking dish.

Sprinkle 1 cup of sliced mushrooms on top of mixture. Add frozen vegetables and remaining mushrooms to the pan used to cook the beef. Add 1/4 cup water, 1 Tbsp butter, Pepper, salt, itlaian seasoning and steam with lid on until soft (approx. 10 minutes). Layer vegetables on top of beef and mushroom mixture.

Boil 4 cups of water and add to the potato packets in large bowl, add 3 tbsp butter. Season with Pepper, salt and itlaian seasoning. Spread potatoes on top of the beef and vegetables, bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until the gravy bubbles to edges.
