Directions:

Sear beef roast on all sides and put in crock pot

Coarsely chop all veggies and put in crock pot

Put all seasonings in crock pot then dump the whole can of stewed tomatoes then cover with water till just barely covering the veggies. Note: the veggies meat will release juices as they cook

Turn Crock pot on high cover and come back in 7 hours

by the time you come back the meat should fall apart as you stir the soup. Add barley and cook for another 1 hour

Taste and if you need to add Beef better than boullion and additional seasonings
