Sour Cream Biscuits

2-1/4  cups		self rising flour
1/2  cup		unsalted butter
1/2  cup		low fat sour cream
1/4  cup		Half & Half
1  tablespoon		light brown sugar

1.Pre heat oven to 450
2. cut 1 stick of COLD butterinto squares
3. add butter squares to flour and mix well using hands or pastry cutter or two knives.
4.combine half & half with sour cream and whisk in a small bowl
5.add to flour and butter mixture.
6.add sugar and knead a few times.
7.cut out 12 biscuits and lay on parchment paper.
8.bake for 10-12 mins until golden brown.
