Directions:  
Arrange rhubarb in pie shell. Mix splenda (or sugar) and 1/2 cup of the flour; stir in sour cream and pour over rhubarb.
Combine remaining 1/2 cup flour, brown sugar and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of pie. Bake at 450º for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350º and bake for 30 minutes, or until fruit is tender, filling is set, and crumbs or golden.
