In a saucepan combine the broth, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, garlic, red pepper flakes, and hot pepper sauce. Bring to boiling. Stir in stewed tomatoes, rice, and okra. Return to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring once or twice.

Stir in shrimp. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes more. Stir to fluff rice. Top with parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
