Ingredients:  Makes 3 servings (3 bowls)

Directions:  
Preheat the oven to 350 and line baking sheet with parchment. Add the oil and place in oven to allow the oil to melt. Wash the kale, dry, and tear into bite-sized pieces, removing stems. Remove hot tray from oven and add the kale with all remaining ingredients. Toss until evenly coated. Don't overlap the kale. Return to oven and bake for 15 minutes, then an additional 5-10 minutes if necessary. Allow to cool for 3 minutes to crisp up the kale.
