Directions:

Cut onion into 1/2 inch wedges and brown in a little oil in a large pan.

Add Pork, cover and cook until meat starts to turn white. Flip meat over and cover again.

Core apple and cut into 1/2 inch wedges. Add to pan.

Pour in can of Rotel, cover and cook until meat is done and apples are tender.

Sprinkle 1 Tbsp of cheese on each piece of meat. Serve and enjoy!
