Bring pot of water to boil, remove from heat and add rice noodles

In separate pan, heat Sesame Oil , add chicken and garlic, let chicken brown

in separate bowl combine coconut milk, peanut butter, soy sauce, cayenne, ginger, stir till smooth

Add red chilis, green onion to pan, cook on high heat for 2 minutes

Add peanut sauce to pan, add carrot, bean sprout and peanuts cook for 1 minute

Add rice noodles, stir and heat through, serve
