Spinach Artichoke Quesadillas

1  cup		mayo
1  cup		parmesan cheese
14  ounces		artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
9  ounces		frozen spinach, thawed & squeezed well, to drain
4		cloves garlic,s minced
1  dash		sprinkle of salt
1/2  cup		shredded mozzarella
6		soft tortillas

Mix the mayo, artichokes, garlic, spinach and salt in a bowl. Spread into small casserole, and bake 15 minutes at 400º. Heat large fry pan, and melt 2 tbsp butter or oil. Lay down 3 tortillas, spread with shredded cheese. Spread artichoke dip over cheese, top with remaining tortillas. Cook until bottom is golden, then flip and fry the other side, and cook. Let sit a few minutes before cutting and serving
