Fry bacon, and chop once cooled

Scald cream, then reduce heat to low

Add 4 oz of cheese

After cheese has melted, add chopped spinach

After spinach has thawed, add can of artichokes after chopping into smaller pieces

Add eggs one at a time after mixing the previous egg

In a corningware dish, place chopped bacon and 1 oz of cheese until bottom is covered.

Pour quiche mixture over bacon and cheese

Place remaining cheese over quiche mixture
