Description: Spinach leaves, canned chicken seasoned to perfection, and veggies.
Ingredients:  Makes 1 serving (1 bowl)

Directions:  
1.) Chop up all veggies
2.) Place chicken in skillet with basil, oregano, and garlic pepper. Stir as needed.
3.) Place spinach leaves in a large container (one that has a lid).
4.) Add green, yellow, red pepper, and mushrooms. Add chicken. Place chicken in container. Shake well.
5.) Add italian dressing. Shake well again.
