Description: Omlette made with egg beaters egg whites, sauteed onions and spinanch with a slice of american cheese.

Ingredients:  Makes 1 serving (1 each)

Directions:  
Chop the green bell pepper and white onion. Sautee veggies in pan until onion is transluscent and spinach is almost cooked all the way. Add egg white. Allow to cook for 1 minute. Add cheese slice to center and fold the omlette in half. Allow to cook for another 1.5 minutes until omelette is cooked all the way through.
Recommendation:
Add 2 tbsp of salsa as garnish and additional flavor (about 10 more calories).
