1  tablespoon
 
2  ounces
 
1/8  cup
 
1  dash
 
1  pinch

Wash and trim squash

Cut squash into large pieces

Place in a large saucepan with enough water to cover

Bring to boil

Reduce heat & cook until tender (10 mins)

Drain squash

In large bowl combine squash, egg, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, onion, butter, sugar, salt and pepper

Pour into a 3 qt casserole dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray

Sprinkle with remaining breadcrumbs

Bake at 350º until browned
