Combine margarine, onion, celery & carrot in microwave safe bowl. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 minutes. Add bread crumbs and salt & pepper, to taste. Set aside.

Combine garlic powder, pepper & parsley in small bowl; set aside. Pat pork steaks dry. Carefully butterfly the steaks (cut in half crosswise, stopping within 1/2" of edge). Rub all sides with the garlic powder mixture.

Lay prepared steaks on flat surface. Place 1/2 of bread crumb mixture over 1/2 of each pork steak. Fold the other half over the stuffing and secure with poultry nails or toothpicks.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or till meat temperature reaches 160-165 degrees.
