Cook and drain sausage
Chop onions and brown
Cook rice and mix sausage and onions in with rice, can add dried spices like thyme, garlic and onion powder
Cut peppers in half
Stuff with rice mixture
Put in casserole dish and pour soup over peppers. Cover and cook for 45 min to one hour. Till peppers are tender. Cook on 375 degrees.
