Description: A non dairy wheat bread. Started in bread machine and finished by hand.
Ingredients:  Makes 24 servings (24 slices)

Measure and add liquid ingredients to bread machine pan.

Measure and add dry ingredients to pan except yeast.

Make a well in the flour and add yeast.

Put pan in bread machine and set to mix and the first rise (usually about 1 1/2 hours)

After first rise, take dough and knead out the bubbles, shape into a loaf and put in a LARGE lightly greased bread pan (I use 12" x 4") Brush top with oil, set in a draft free place to rise (usually about 1/2 hour)

Bake at 350F for 30-35". Turn out and brush top lightly with butter.
