Description: Healthy snack for any occassion. This snack is can be eaten with baked chips or on top of brown rice to provide you with several servings of vegetables and ensure that it is a healthy yet tasty snack.
Ingredients:  Makes 8 servings (8 cups)

Directions:  
1.) Cut up Roma tomatoes, avocado and fresh onions into small bite sizes.
2.) Open cans of blackeyed peas, black beans, corn
3.) Put fresh cut up vegetables and empty cans of vegetables into a large bowl.
4.) Add Fat Free Italian dressing, cumin, chili powder, ground black pepper, salt and garlic salt into bowl.
5.) Mix all together.
6.) You can eat immediately or place in the refrigerator for later.
