Directions:  
dip chicken breasts in egg white then coat in parmesan cheese. Brown lightly, then transfer to baking dish. Cover with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Bake at 300 for about 60 minutes. In the sauce you can add whatever veggies you want. Chop them small and the kids won't even notice!
