Directions:  
Measure milk add vinegar and set aside.
Preheat over to 400 degrees. Spray iron skillet with cooking oil and place into over to heat up.
Mix cornmeal, egg beaters, oil, and curdled milk (buttermilk). Carefully remove heated skillet from oven and pour batter into 6 inch iron skillet. Carefully return it to the oven on a rack close to the bottom of the oven. This make a crisper crust. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and turn out on to a plate. Double the recipe for an 8 inch skillet.
