Ingredients:  Makes 1 serving (1 each)
1  serving
1  teaspoon
1  slice
1  piece
1/4  cup
1-1/2  tablespoons
1/2  piece

Open and drain tuna
Transfer tuna to small mixing bowl
Add mayonnaise to bowl and mix
Chop onion and mix with tuna
Pepper to taste
Place 1 slice each of cheddar and swiss cheese and two tomato slices into half pita pocket
Spoon tuna into pita
Heat filled pita until hot and cheese is melted in toaster oven or microwave.
(I prefer the toaster oven for texture reasons as it gives the pita a nice crisp and keeps it from getting soggy, but microwaving is faster if your in a hurry. Just make sure you drain the tuna extra well if you're microwaving and don't want your sandwich getting soggy!)
