1/2  teaspoon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine 1/2c ketchup, 1/2c bbq sauce (reserve 1/4 for topping), oats, and next six ingredients in a large bowl. Add meat; stir just until blended. Shape meat mixture and place on broiler pan cooked with cooking spray. Brush 1/2c bbq sauce over meat loaf. Bake at 350 for 1 hour 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
