Heat over to 350 degrees F. In large bowl combine first 8 ingredients; mix well, using hands if necessary. Place loaf in loaf pan.

Combine 2 tablespoons ketchup and 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard; mix well. Spread on top of loaf. Bake for 50 minutes or until no longer pink.
