Preheat oven to 350;

Chop carrots in food processor; add to mixing bowl

Chop onions and garlic in food processor; add to carrots

Add turkey to mixing bowl

Add 2 cups cooked brown rice

Add salt, pepper, cumin, oregano

Add 1 egg and 4 TBSP ketchup

Add bread crumbs

Lightly mix with your hands until well incorporated

On a sheet pan, split the mixture in half and form two loaves

Combine remaining catchup and brown sugar; mix to form glaze

Spread glaze on each loaf

Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes

Serve with green vegetables and brown rice.
