Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Using an ice cream scoop, scoop into 20 balls and place on an oiled cookie sheet.

Using the bottom of a glass, press each ball into a flat sausage, 2 -1/2 diameter.

Place into the freezer and freeze.

After frozen store in a re-sealable plastic bag.

When read to eat, put sausage patty into a skillet with a little water in the bottom and cook until the patty is no longer pink and is browned on both sides.
