Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Boil until really soft.

Brown the turkey and season with half of the cumin and garlic powder.
3 While the meat and potatoes are cooking, shred the lettuce, chop the tomatoes & pickles.

Once the potatoes are soft, put them with the browned turkey and smash them into the meat. You can add some of the water to moisten the mixture. Add the rest of the seasons and salt to taste.

Wrap the corn tortillas in a papertowel and microwave for about 50 seconds until pliable.

Scoop about 2 Tbsp of the meat mixture into a tortilla, top with cheese, tomatoes, salsa & pickles.
