Cook brown rice according to package.

Saute squash, zucchini and onions with chicken broth until softened. Add Mrs. Dash seasoning. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. Set aside in bowl.

Brown ground turkey with garlic powder.

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Add spaghetti sauce and stir well until mixed.

Serve.

Note: I use this recipe for meal prep for a week of lunches. I put 2 cupsnof the mixture into a bowl. This recipe is easy to freeze and reheat.
