Directions:

peel, cube and boil potatoes

in med hot skillet heat olive oil and cook diced onion, add garlic when onion is translucent, after 1 min. add ground meat til browned

add dry brown gravy mix, add water if necessary

spray 13X9 backing dish with pam

place browned meat in bottom of baking dish, then sliced carrots and peas

add milk, butter, salt and pepper to taste, and 1 cup of cheese to potatoes and then beat til smooth

scoop and smooth out potatoes on top of carrots and peas
8
sprinkle 1 cup of cheese onto potatoes

Bake for 20 min... or less - til chesse is brown...
