Directions:  
In 6 qt slow cooker, combine first 10 ingredients. Stir in broth. Cover and cook for 6-7 hours. Remove bay leaves. In small bowl, mix water & cornstarch until smooth. Stir into turkey mixture. Add corn & peas. Cook until boiling. In small bowl, mix biscuit mix and milk until just moistened. Drop by tablespoons full on top of simmering liquid. Reduce heat to low;' cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
