Directions:  
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cook onion and peppers in a skillet for 2-3 minutes. Combine the ground turkey, corn, taco seasoning, and cooked peppers and onions in a bowl.

Spread half of the meatloaf mixture into a loaf pan (spayed with nonstick spray). Top with 1/2 cup of the cheese. Put the remaining meatloaf mixture on top of the cheese. Top with the salsa.

Bake for 30 minutes

Put the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top and bake for another 15 minutes.

Cut into 6 even pieces.
