Chop carrots, onions and garlic and cook in olive oil for 5-10 minutes in a large (about 7-8 litre) pan.

Add bouillon, water, and vegetable cocktail, bring to the point of boiling.

Add beans and peas, simmer while chopping the cod into cubes about 2cm squared.

Add lime, simmer about 45 more minutes.

Will last about a week in the fridge, can be frozen and thawed as needed.
