Directions:  
Preheat over to 350º
Grease and flour a bundt pan.
Set aside.
Add flour, salt, baking soda to a bowl.
Set aside.
Add 2 tsp white vinegar to 2 cups coffee.
Add 1 cup cocoa powder to the white vinegar/coffee mixture.
Mix well.
Cream butter vanilla and sugar in a seperate bowl.
Add olive oil.
Mix again.
Now add all WET ingredients together.
Now add all WET ingredients to DRY ingredients.
Beat well for 3 minutes on low. Batter will be WET WET WET.

Add to cake pan, that was pre-greased and floured.

Bake for one hour. Let cool completely.
