Add 1 cup hot tap water to yeast, along with sugar. Stir and set aside for 5 min.

In a mixer with bread hook, place flour, oil, salt, and the yeast mixture. Mix until dough is workable.

Take dough out and place in clean bowl to rise for at least 25 min.

Wait about 15 min then start to sautee onions and artichokes. In a skillet pour some evoo and chop onion and artichoke.

Preheat oven to

Roll out dough in the form of a crust. Brush with evoo. Place on pizza stone or cookie sheet.

Spread Marinara sauce, basil leaves, tomatoes, artichokes, and onions.

Bake for approx 10-15min or until crust is golden brown.
