Cook and mash potatoes. Set aside.
Chop all fresh veggies except peas.
Saute onions, garlic and celery in hot pan using olive oil spray.
Add carrots, broccoli, and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes.
Add cabbage, greens, and basil. Cook 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon into casserole dish and spread potatoes on top.
Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 15-20 minutes.
