Directions:  
Mix together all ingredients except cheese and olive oil
heat olive oil in a 10" or 12" skillet
When good and hot pour in egg mixture. Turn heat down to medium
As egg cooks, lift edges letting uncooked egg run underneath. When all egg is nearly cooked flip over put cheese on top and flip in half so cheese is in center.
Cooked another 30 - 60 seconds
