Directions:

In food processor, blend beans, artichoke hearts, garlic & lemon juice.

With machine running, add Olive oil; add T or 2 of water if needed.

Blend in cheese; season with salt & pepper to taste.

Transfer to bowl, sprinkle with cayenne pepper & drizzle with Olive oil.
Serve with pita chips, crackers and/or vegetables.
