Description: This is made in a slow cooker. The beans do not have to be pre-soaked. Just rinse in cold water and put them in.
Ingredients:  Makes 24 servings (24 cups)

Rinse the beans.

Put the beans, water and oil into the slow cooker.

Add the garlic and black pepper and close the top.

Cook for 6 hours (low setting if there is a choice).

When soft, add the other ingredients and stir.

Let sit for about an hour to let the sauce thicken.

DELICIOUS and very low in calories! If you make a whole pot, you can then use it with whole wheat tortillas if you add salsa, etc.
