In a food processor or blender, process the oats, cashews, and almonds until they are a fine powder.

Add in the peanut butter, agave nectar, and vanilla. Pulse until well combined (can do this in separate bowl if oats mixture was in a blender.

Add in the white chocolate chips. Pulse until the chips break into small pieces and are well combined into the mixture.

Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls (can use a small cookie scoop to get uniform size). Cover and chill 30 minutes. Can store in freezer. Should yield 36-38 balls.
