Ingredients:  Makes 48 servings (48 each)
3/4  cup
3/4  cup
4-1/2  cups
2  teaspoons
2  tablespoons
3  cups
9  cups

Mix the oil and sugar well in bowl.
Add 3 eggs.
Add water, salt and yeast.
Add the 3 cups of white flour and 3 cups whole wheat flour.
Mix for 3 minutes in Bosch or Kitchenaid mixer for bread.
Add another 6 cups of whole wheat flour and knead for 10 minutes.
Place buns in covered bowl and let rise for 15 minutes.
Punch down and make into 4 dozen buns.
Bake 350 degree oven for 20-24 minutes.
