Directions:  
put milk and lemon juice in blender with 1 c of wheat blend for 3 minutes on High
Then add butter, egg, salt and brown sugar. Blend for 10 seconds. Add baking powder and soda. Pulse 3 times and let mix this will foam up and get light. cook at once on a hot grill, I use a waffle iron
