Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350 F - 375 F
combine yeast and luke warm water - stir well and let sit for 10 minutes
in large mixing bown, mix in yeast/water, honey and oil
scrable the eggs, reserve just nough egg to brush tops of loafs; the remaining amount mix in with salt
mix eggs with other wet ingredients
start adding flour, ground almonds, ground flax and ground chia to the wet ingredients
Once all ingredients are mixed in together you can start to knead with closed fist for about 5 minutes
leave dough to rise until it doubles in size
take the risen dough and roll out 6 long tubbes (3 tubes per loaf)
Braid 2 loafs
use the remaining egg to brush the tops of the bread
place in oven on a nonstick pan for approx 25 - 35 minutes until golden on top
