Directions:

Put oil, cashews, and sugar into a small pan with 1 cup water. Heat until the sugar dissolves.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl put the quick oats and coconut. Grind the sunflower seeds and add them. Optional: Add calcium powder and flax meal. Mix well.

Add wet ingredients to the bowl and stir well.

Spread into two 11x17" cookie sheets. Put into cold oven. Turn oven to 275 F and bake for 70 minutes. Let cool in the oven. Store in airtight container; add raisins if desired.
