Directions:
Mince Ground Pork. Mix pork with minced onion, oyster sauce, egg, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Fill wonton skins with filling.
Bring large pot of water to a boil. Drop in wontons in batches. You will know they are done cooking when they float to the top. When finished cooking wontons, discard water and fill pot with chicken broth. Bring chicken broth to a boil and then lower heat to simmer. Stir in spinach and scallions. Pour stock mixture over wontons when ready to serve.
