Cook noodles according to package directions. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Season beef with salt and pepper. Brown steak in skillet, 1 minute per side. Remove from skillet; set aside.
Return skillet to heat. Add shallots and mushrooms; cook 5 minutes. Add wine; simmer 3 minutes.
Return beef to the skillet; cook for 2 minutes. Serve beef over noodles. Top with yogurt and dill.
