Preheat oven at 325 degrees F

Grease your baking 2 8x4 inch pans, (I used individual baking containers)

sift dry ingredients into a bowl.

Beat eggs, milk, oil, sugar and vanilla extract in a large bowl, slowly sift in dry ingredients and mix it well. Stir in zucchini and walnuts and make sure it is combined. Pour the batter in your prepared pans.

Bake for 45- 60 minutes
Cool before removing bread from pan
