Zucchini Corn Soft Tacos

3  tablespoons		vegetable oil
1  cup		white onion Diced
3		cloves garlics Diced
3		medium zucchinis Diced
1  cup		Black beans
4  servings		Tomatoes Diced
2  cups		Corn

Place half of oil in pan on high heat. Cook corn for five minutes, until charred. Remove from heat and set aside. Add remaining oil to pan. Cook onions for five minutes or until translucent. Add garlic and cook two minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Add zucchini and cook for 10 minutes, or until tender. Add black beans and corn, and cook for three more minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
