When oven is ready cook sausage for 30 min. turning after 15 minutes.

wash and chop Kale.

Cook onion and potato in chicken broth and water till done.

When sausage is cooked slice and add to potatoes along with the evaporated milk and kale. Cook for 10 minutes more.
