(L) Beef & Pork Meatballs

1/2  lb.		ground beef
3		Garlic Cloves - Fresh
2		(L) Large Eggs
4  tablespoons		Parsley - Fresh, Chopped
1/2  cup		Parmesan Cheese - Grated
1/2  cup		(L) Aurora Italian Style Bread Crumbs
2  teaspoons		(L) Windsor Table Salt
2  teaspoons		Ground Black Pepper
1/2  lb.		lean ground pork

Place all ingredients in a bowl and combine well with your hands and form into balls. You can drop them right into the sauce(make sure the sauce is turned up for the first little bit just to get the meatballs started or bake in the oven for a few minutes until they start to brown and then add to the sauce. Your choice. I usually just put them right into the sauce.
