Mix dry ingredients in bowl.

Use a pastry knife or fork to cut in butter. Place in fridge for 5 min. to rest.

Mix in cream. Pour into greased mini muffin pans.

Bake in 400 degree oven for 12 min.

I also use skim milk instead of cream...still taste great.

I make these with cheddar cheese and bacon in the mix also some dried parsley-yes it adds fat and cals but very low carb and they are soooo good. I use parchment paper on a cookie sheet, instead of greased muffin tins since there is already butter in them.
