2  lb.		pork loin
2		large onions
3		stalks celeries
3/4  cup		carrot
3		garlic cloves
5		small potatoes
2  liters		chicken broth
6		eggs

sear after tossing in rub of flour and ber ber spice you don't have to but i do

fry onions garlic celery and grated carrot in pot till translucent and add ber ber spice 1/3 cup

add pork and stock potatoes

bring to boil either add eggs or hard boil first and peel and add hard boiled eggs to stew whole

simmer and spice to taste you can add bay leaf as well
can be eaten alone with naan bread or traditional flat bread or i like it on a bed of baby spinach and wild rice/gluteoonus rice 50/50 mixture
