Directions:

In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda.

In another bowl, combine eggs, bananas, oil, buttermilk and vanilla.

Add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened.

Pour into a greased 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan.

Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 20 minutes or unitl bread tests done.

Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan to a wire rack.
